The 24 personnel of Jatinegara Sub-district Water Resources began to repair a collapsed sheet pile as long as 29 meters on Jalan DI Panjaitan, Jatinegara, East Jakarta. 

Its process has touched ten percent and is targeted to be complete within a month

"The sheet pile itself has two meters width and 1.8 meters depth. This repair process has touched ten percent and is targeted to be complete within a month," expressed Jatinegara Sub-district Water Resources Taskforce Head, Tamrizal, Tuesday (1/14).

Its repair uses river stones. The top and bottom of the sheet pile are attached with concrete sloops in order to withstand landslides.

"Hopefully it can be finished on time and can flow water smoothly," he stated.
